I love everything about this shed-roof gazebo. For my needs, it is such an improvement for my home setup.At the back of the house, is my bedroom, with a set of French doors which lead out to a 15’ x 15’ deck. I recently was forced to replace those French doors due to rot from the rain splattering the deck and splashing onto the back of the house & deck. Now, I can walk out the back & into a covered deck. I bought the 12 x 14’ gazebo & this unit covers the entire space perfectly. Now, no water at all hits the back outside wall, nor does it hit the French doors. This means no more water issues or damage.. This was a great purchase!The instructions are as most reviews describe. We were able to get the job done, after several days of intermittent sessions. All the parts were there, the quality is good. This product is solid & it looks good, not cheap.

I bought this in February and am just now getting to putting it together. I started assembling parts and right of the get go first page and one of the support brackets from the corner pole to the roof was must have moved in the Jig because it wasn't straight and one hole is about 1/4 " out of alignment. I sent them an email and requested the part. They got right back to me and asked for an order number. They haven't gotten back to me yet but it was only a day age so no big deal. Everything else is going together well other than that. The directions are easy to follow and well drawn out. I have put a ton of Ika things and this is similar. I will update upon completion. And people complaining that it is flimsy I disagree with. It is designed well and is a sturdy build.UpdateDomi was great with shipping me the damaged part and it arrived quickly. From reporting the part to arriving was a little over a week. Not bad at all. The build is sturdy and went up well. I was able to assemble this by myself. It is quite easy to do alone. You just have to do it a little differently than the directions show but doable. One day to assemble all the parts in garage and two and a half days to put it together. It could have easily been done in two days if it wasn't nearly 90 degrees out and I wasn't 71 years old. But alas I am old. We are so happy with our new mounted sunroom—it has completely transformed our space and is now my favorite place to relax, read, or just enjoy the outdoors without the bugs. The quality of the materials is top-notch: sleek, sturdy, and completely leak-proof even after a few heavy rains.The installation process went fairly smoothly. My husband and I did need to tag-team some of the instructions, but overall it was very doable and well laid out. My husband is a workhorse, and the only one to put it together, I did help hold a few pieces. The entire installation took a full day and a half, but that’s because we have 3 little kids. Once installed, it was clear that this is a high-quality product built to last. I did however, install a few of the window panels on inside out so a few of them are now permanently stuck, but that’s my own doing😒 reached out to the seller, but nothing back yet - will update to 5 stars if company respondsThe only downside—and it’s not the company’s fault—is the third-party delivery service they used, Total Transportation. Unfortunately, they were unreliable and a bit of a headache. They missed two scheduled delivery appointments, and the first time they backed out last minute, saying one of the boxes was over 600 lbs and they needed us to have a “crew” or a “forklift on site”. Not ideal for a residential delivery.Despite that hiccup, we would absolutely recommend the sunroom itself. The product is amazing, and the company has done a fantastic job with design and construction. Just hope they reconsider their shipping partners!

We bought 3 of these (a total of 36'*10' at back of house) and they work well for the most part. Instructions need to be updated with clearer directions and arrowed pictures. Wasn't enough silicone with each. Had to buy extra. I love the gutter but I do wish that they had a downspout gutter with them. Have had to get creative to make a downspout that would work. There are a few leaks but overall nothing worrisome.

Do not waste your money on this item, nothing they claim is right with the quality or anything else. The unit is noise when the wind blows, it leaks when it rains, and the instructions are not in the correct order. If I could give it a zero. I would have sent it back, but it is too heavy to ship.
