Absolute junk. Opened the box and immediately closed it. Poles are very thin and won’t last. I started an online return and printed out the return label to return AT MY EXPENSE. This item does not have free returns. THREE DAYS LATER, seller contacts me and says not to use return label because it has incorrect address and it won’t arrive to correct location for refund and if I keep it, they will refund me 10%. WHATTTTT??!!!! You can keep your $13.00 for this piece of crap.I had just left UPS so was able to retrieve package, but seller will not give me correct mailing address. Will not respond to messages.I am reporting to Amazon. Don’t waste your time or money purchasing from this seller.

I would not recommend this item. Awning was everything I wanted. Shipping to a week longer than promised. So much for Amazon Prime Next Day. Assembly was easy and perfect for the rental property. HOWEVER, went to retract it up the it won't retract. Crank just turns. Tried to trouble shoot multiple ways,, but to no avail BROKEN. Very disappointing !! Unfortunately can give no stars.
