Is this a wireless sound bar? What are the wired connections?

It's not a really wireless soundbar, there're wired connection between soundbar and subwoofer. Please ensure connected the subwoofer to the subout port on the bar. Wireless connection means you can connect via BT 5.0 supported by the item.

Does the soundbar support Dolby Atmos Audio?

It does not support Dolby DTS sound, so when using streaming media APP, such as Netflix, please make sure to turn off Dolby sound effect and set the audio output format to PCM.

How do I make sure my settings are correct?

1) Select the audio output of soundbar speaker and turn off TV speaker. 2) Set the audio output format to PCM. 3) Disable Dolby DTS sound. 4) Enable CEC function on your TV if you're using HD-ARC mode. 5) If the problem persists, contact with us.
