I recently bought the Interactive Dog Toy for my small dog, and it has been a fantastic addition to his playtime. This treat-dispensing puzzle toy keeps him engaged and busy, which is perfect for when I need to get things done around the house.The toy is also great for his teething phase, providing him with a safe and fun way to chew. It's been durable enough to withstand his moderate chewing, and he seems to really enjoy figuring out how to get the treats out. This slow feeder toy is made of rubber. It has some weight but isn’t too heavy for our 5.5 doodle puppy to carry.She did immediately chew the stem off the top of the acorn lid. But it doesn’t impact function.We use this every meal to keep her occupied and challenged while eating her meals. The dispenser hole is wide enough that several pieces of kibble fall out. Most of the time she rolls it and as it rolls it leaves a trail of treats.It fits about 2/3 of a cup of kibble. We actually put a ball inside to make it a bit harder for the kibble to come out.Overall it’s good. And while challenging, it’s not frustrating.I wish the hole was a bit smaller.

The lid stays on and the hole in the side isn't too big or too small for dog kibble -- at least the kind we buy for our dogs.As you can see in the video, my dog really liked it (he always takes food-related items into his crate). And he totally got the idea that you have to roll it around to get the food to come out.I love that the top of the acorn is really thick rubber, really heavy duty. Oddly, the bottom part of the acorn is made of what appears to be silicone, and it's much thinner. While Finley wasn't feeling destructive today, I can imagine that if he decided to shred it to bits, he'd have no trouble doing it in about 20 seconds flat.If you have medium- or smaller-sized dog, or one that isn't inclined to shred things, they're going to really enjoy this toy.

My dog is obsessed with this toy. It holds treats well and the top stays on, no matter how much he naws on it. However, there is a tiny little rubber nub at the top, just sort of decoration, and my dog got that off in about two minutes. I do not want him swallowing a piece of rubber, so I had to wrestle it away from him. Now that that is off, he is once again enjoying the toy.

It also can be used as a pupsicle mold or kind of lick mat.The silicone cleans well in the dishwasher.

You can unscrew the top and fill with treats. The hole is very small so only certain sizes will come out. One dog did figure out how to open it. Love how long it lasts.
