Remote Control for Samsung 4K Smart QLED LCD LED TV UA43AUE65AKXXL (with Voice Function/with Bixby Support)

This remote works perfect with Samsung The Frame TV.Initially, I was struggling with setting up the mic. I was considering that mic wont work with ₹800 remote. 😀But someone from vendor msged me and assisted me to set up mic. I was flabbergasted to see this remote work exactly like ₹8k remote from samsung.Only thing is the button controls for discontinued apps. But that has nothing to do with remote. It the samsung.

I just bought this remote couple of days ago from this seller. Got his phone number from Amazon and called him before I place the order and he was assuring about its functionality then I ordered this remote. He supported in connecting the remote with tv after I received the product.Remote is looking like original no difference I could found and it has all original remote functions enabled. Hope it lasts like the original one.After 15 days of usage:Remote is not working as expected. Buttons,mainly direction buttons are stopped working. Other buttons respons is very slow. Check with seller but he is not be helpful now as return date passed seems like I lost my money. My recommendation, do not buy these, initially support from the seller would looks great but after return window closed, if remote doesn't work, you have to bear the loss with this junk.Recent update changed back to 5 star:Initially I thought seller will not support after return window closed, but after i reached out seller mobile (contact given in Amazon) he immediately mentioned that he can replace the remote. As he committed, he delivered branded new remote and collected old one. This feedback I am giving after i used it closed to 4 days now. Works flawlessly. Really appreciate the support extended by seller. Thanks

Nice product. Seller gave a instruction paper to pair the tv with remote. For a sec i thought the bluetooth is not working but ends up not pairing. Before file a complaint follow the instructions

Voice Search doesn't work.I bought this remote as the solar remote is draining very fast after 3 years of use. The voice search button does not work and the select button are hard. You have to sometimes press 2-3 times. But not bad remote. Works well otherwise

Product - Works exactly like original Samsung smart remote. The only difference is that, the original is a solar remote and this one is external battery operated. Rest, everything is same. Smooth buttons, same response time.Seller - I have never come across such a proactive seller on any e-commerce platform. Initially I ordered an incompatible product, which was higher in price and non-returnable. The seller connected with me on Whatsapp and asked for my original remote model number and photo. After that he himself suggested to cancel the order as It will not work with my tv. And then he suggested the compatible remote.After successfully delivery of the item, he again connected and guided me how to pair it with tv.I must appreciate the proactiveness and honesty of the seller.Thank You
