It is comfortable enough to wear to bed
I got this to help slim back down to my pre-pregnancy tummy. I have only used it for a couple of weeks so not seeing significant results yet. But so far so good in the sense that it is very comfortable to wear and I even wear it to bed sometimes. I am really hoping this will help get my tummy back in shape with diet and exercise as well.

Hard to make it all secure
Thought i would try this belt to help with my endometriosis is flaring up. However being 3 pieces instead of one belt made it difficult to secure properly.
