Took about five minutes from unboxing to being in use. Very sturdy. Helps me get out of bed after a total knee replacement. Will be very easy to remove once no longer needed, and easy to store for when I get the other knee done!

After mother in law fell trying to get out of bed I purchased 2 of these bed rails. They are well made and once assembled which only took minutes are very sturdy. Highly recommend this product.

Purchase for my mother . I was concerned she is very liteweight and thought the device may wobble but even under just the weight of a light single mattress it has stayed secure and sturdy and works effectively in daily use. The light attachment was always considered un necessary for my needs .

Having had a hip replacement plus previous shoulder injury, it has made it so much easier for my partner to get in and out of bed and to not worry about falling out. It is sturdy, incredibly easy to fit and remove as required.The light is unnecessary and didn't stick very well leaving the magnetic patches with sharp edges on which my partner did slice their hand open on in the dark. However, we took that off and the main product deserves 5 stars because it does exactly what was needed.

I was dubious about buying this as I thought it might not be up to much but it’s brilliant, easy to fit and solid so just the thing for my dad who just needs something to help him up from the bed. The OT as the hospital were supposed to send one but didn’t so this was an emergency buy and worth every penny. The little light is an added bonus. Would 100% recommend.

easy assembly, sturdy, perfect height to fit by my shoulder, between nightstand , yet still reach over for drink and through for things flat on table. The little light can dim low and set to motion, lights up entering the room and getting out of bed. Perfect assist device.

Got this bed rail for my mom. She recently had surgery and needs some help getting out of bed. This rail was easy and fast to assemble. I didn't permanently fix it to the bed - I just slipped it between the mattress and box spring. It's very sturdy and hasn't budged. There's a nice grip on it so you're not grabbing onto a metal bar. The light is a great idea (though I haven't actually attached mine yet). This rail isn't just for people who've had surgery or elderly people - it's for anyone who could use a hand getting up. Great value too.

Great product easy to put together only problem is the little night light problem with the switch seems to be stuck will not work would give it a 5 if this was not a problem

Very simple to "install" and use to get into/out of bed. No big mess of equipment, no assembly. Very sturdy for this 5'6", 73 yr old soul. I didn't add on the light that came with it. Though it seems to work just fine, I have no need for it so stashed it away just in case.
