I’ve been waiting for this album on vinyl for a long long time. If you’re reading this you’re likely already aware of how amazing the album is.So... right out of the gate, I’ve seen people around the web talking about surface noise on this pressing. It needs to be cleaned. I don’t know if it’s the plant or the process, but this album sounded really bad out of the sleeve from the plant. Actually, side D was almost unbearable, I thought I was going to return the album, it was bad. If this happens to you...Stop.Take it off the turntable and clean it. I use a VPI with mofi enzyme cleaner and rinse, a mofi brush, and an anti-static record duster. I also clean my stylus before every play.I generally clean all new records but was really anxious with this one and just hit it with the anti-static brush before dropping the stylus on it. Don’t skip a good cleaning.After the first cleaning it sounded so much better but not perfect. On a second play after the clean it sounds near perfect. Assuming there may have been some spurs (or whatever they’re called) from the pressing process. Surface noise is minimal and the popping was pretty much gone after the second play.The mastering is fantastic, the album artwork is phenoninal, really feels like a super solid 180g... I have some 200g records that these feel closer to. A true work of art through and through.

This was supposed to be an album containing 2 vinyls, and only 1 arrived (side a/b). I bought it as a gift and when the person opened it we discovered that it contained only one half of the album which was incredibly disappointing. This is NOT okay and looks like a fraud.

Pressing quality is not the best; however, the music is just so good. Overall, solid listening experience

I have found a wide range in the quality of new vinyl pressings. Not to worry with this one, it's excellent. But the side d "addendum" really makes this version a must-have. My favorite Damien Rice song has always been "lonelily" which is included on the addendum along with three other very good songs. I frequently start with side d when listening. If you're considering adding this to your vinyl collection, don't hesitate, this is a great addition.

Amazing album. Good pressing. Overall packaging and quality leaves me very satisfied.

Pumped to add this to my collection. Nothing Damien Rice did after "The Blower's Daughter" even matters, though, yes, I will say that every track on this record is spot on. What can an artist do when their first work is their magnum opus? Just keeping trying. Maybe they'll achieve greatness again! Fingers crossed.

Regardless of the music on this album (it is one of my all-time favorite recordings-if you haven't listened, do!), the quality of the record itself was very good. Love displaying the album on my shelf, big fan of the artwork. Would definitely recommend purchase for Damien Rice fans.

One of my favorite records from top to bottom, hands down. Some of Damien Rice’s finest work in my opinion. Have waited for a long time to get my hands on a pressing of this and it did not disappoint. Vinyl and sound quality are top notch. Highly recommend this record!

Great album! The sound is very low on the first track which is my favourite song (Delicate). The sound on the rest of the album is at normal volume. Damien Rice is a great artist! If you like his music, also try Craig Stickland, Noah Gunderson and Iskwe.

This is an amazing album. The pressing is quiet, lps are flat and centred. The artwork is beautiful and the extra tracks are a fantastic addition. Recommend to any fan.
