Excellent form to use Kombu.
Excellent product. Lovely to source this Kombu that can be used in such a practical way and know how exactly it's been produced. Have decided to try it because of low iodine levels and hoping to keep off medication. With correct use no doubt it will help. Excellent communication from seller too!!!

I can not get enough. Definitely will be back for more! It is a great substitute for salt and is packed with iodine. Even more so, it's organic. So, if you need a natural source of salt and iodine this is the best choice.

Great source of health benefits
Bought this after researching it’s benefits to health & was not disappointed ,given I came down with a horrid spring flu virus that would usually take weeks to go , due to low immune system, I added this to morning organic smoothies & soups along with Irish moss & within 6 days was back up & running , so very pleased with the outcome & will continue to use forever more , as the proof in the pudding was a quick recovery ,

A tasty seasoning
I love the taste of seaweed seasoning because it is more that just salty. It really does enhance and give a wonderful flavour to dishes. The taste of the sea is blooming marvellous, I live by the sea and love it.
