I have the CS1613 with a 4 ah battery and 16 inch chain.

Is this saw compatible with use with my 5ah battery i use on my ego leaf blower?

Yes. Any of EGO's 56v batteries will work with this saw. The 5Ah battery should give you more work time than the smaller batteries, but it will weigh a bit more. I use the 4Ah battery and the weight and balance feel just fine, so I imagine the 5Ah battery would be similar in that resepect.
