How strong are these like if someone is really muscular could they break them?

WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL PEOPLE THAT IS PRETTY STRONG IN THEM, AND PROBLEM AS OF THIS DATRE. THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAVE WITH THEM IS THE LEG IRON IS ON THE SMALL SIDE EVEN WHEN USED ON THE FIRST NOTCH. WE HAVE HAD TO USE A DIFFERENT SET OF FOR OUR LARGER INMATES.
