The light fixture is a very good retro. It looks great & was ez to asemble but there is 2 caveats! Once assembled, u cant disasemble it. The 2nd is It has no light shade! Nor is there anyway to add a shade now that its installed. I didnt even think of that bc I thought there were Globe bulbs that would fit appropriately but nope. Now Im looking at McGyvering a tube to fit up in there. There r none for sale to fit the sz of the hole so Im gona have to make something and then find a way to install which is gona be the hard part. Its sound ez enuff but theres nothing to attach the tube to. Right now Im using scarfs bc the bare lightbulb is so brash, its hurts my eyes. Its not the look i was going for. However it looks good when the light is off! So if u buy one of these light fixtures, just know it has no light shade nor is there a place to glue or screw the shade in and im speaking only of a custom tube. My work is cut out for me on this project. This was totally unexpected, but the mid century light fixture looks nice with my mid century decor. Jeez!

I’ve been tuning into the Mid Century modern decorating vibe and knew I had to have this light. It’s stunning.

This light is literal trash and should cost $5. First of all, the package arrived entirely damaged. It’s packed in a smaller manufacturer’s box inside of an Amazon box. The small box was clearly damaged prior to being packed by Amazon. The pieces were broken at the top which didn’t prevent me from putting it together anyway. The light hardware is actually black plastic despite being shown as metal in the photos. It’s made of cardboard and very very very low quality. I cannot recommend that anyone spends $100+ on this item.

This light is absolutely stunning. We hung it in our library and it just looks perfect!

Beautiful design, easy assembly and installation. Creates great lighting affect in my entry hall.

while the first unit was damaged (in shipment)...the return and replacement process was quick and easy. used as a foyer entrance fixture and it compliments the mid century teak furniture of my home. installed a vintage style clear 60 watt ge led bulb which really completes the desired look. i am considering purchasing another Dezaart fixture for over the dining room table. assembly and installation was relatively easy.

We loved the look of this light. We were attracted to the statement piece look. Super proud of ourselves for installing it without a professional electrician. And then we turned it on… we had it placed over our dining room table and the effect of the light turned our room into a spider. Not sure how we didn’t think of this happening before purchasing, install, etc. Just something to consider if you are going to purchase! 5 stars if you don’t mind the spider look!
