Great Customer Service!
At first one screen wasn’t working. I contacted MaxFree and they sent me a HDMI cable and the screen came up. The customer service was excellent. They mailed the cable promptly like I asked them and problem solved. Very impressed with their customer service.

Helpful tools for a developer
I have several use cases for this monitor set. As a software developer, having multiple screens is incredibly helpful for my daily tasks. At home, I have a desktop with three screens, but I also want to use multiple screens with my laptop while traveling. This screen set perfectly solves my problem. It comes with its own bags and looks quite stylish. Since it can draw power from my laptop, I don’t need to carry an extra power adapter. However, it’s a bit inconvenient because my laptop only has one Type-C port, so I need to use an HDMI + Type-A cable for the second screen. It would be great if it could use only Type-C for both screens. Apart from this minor issue, the monitor set is worth the money.

one month of service - weak attachment issues reported
one month in,so far ,,,, mediocre to good. I use this cautiously. The overall product, idea, electronics, effectiveness s grreeeeat! hopefully cust serv will be responsive. Instructions were very good. I got mine on sale -and so very carefully open, close, attach, balance, etc etc.... but still I dont think product will last more than 2 years. Hence, my 4 vs 5 star rating. My main caution is in the cheap, dried out, rubberfoam hinges used to attach. I'd like to report this feedback to mfgr - and get mailed a back up pair. I use product daily - and have already experieinced fail issues due to weak attachments.. I I will revisit this post after contacting CS

Too heavey
Screens worked well but monitors are way too heavy and bulky. I could see where they were putting stress on the laptop LED

Added laptop space less clutter
This design is slim and lightweight, unlike a bulky monitor. Setting it up was a breeze with the multiple wires they included. I’d recommend checking the screen sizes of your laptop. It’s great for home use or traveling, especially if you need multiple screens for your laptop without cluttering your desk or table.
