Great quality
Love, love, love Robert Welch knives and this one did not disappoint. Great for chopping vegetables etc, comfortable handle, it feels solid and good quality. Good weight and sharp. Very pleased. Would definitely recommend.

Best knife ever!
What can I say. I LOVE this knife. I've used the 17cm one before, but this one is out of this world for most applications. I still use the 17cm for bigger stuff - and let me not detract from the brillance of that knife. But this one, for all the things you need to cut that aren't actually too big for it - is the best!!!

Finest quality knives
This is my third Robert Welsh knife and all of them are beautifully crafted. They arrive extremely sharp and are easy to keep that way by using the Robert Welsh knife sharpener. I love these knives and can highly recommend them

Excellent knife - know how sharpen it!
Love these knives, they're the best I've used... they have a 15 degree edge angle which means you need to use the right sharpener to keep them in prime condition – a sharpener not designed for a 15 degree edge will ruin the knife. If you're going to invest in these knives get the Robert Welch sharpener. It's not the cheapest but you'll know it's right for the blade edge and definitely cheaper than replacing a set of RW knives! I give this knife a quick sharpen after every three uses – takes about 10 seconds, really easy to do and the knife is always sharp enough to shave with. Can't recommend these knives enough, and this one in particular is excellent, very versatile shape and size... if I had to have just one knife it would be this one every time.

Robert Welch knives
I work as a chef and find all these Robert Welch knives a joy to use. The Santuku knife has always been the tool of choice for me, and this one is probably one of the best I've used for work. The knife itself is well balanced and nice to handle for long periods of use. The blade holds its edge very well and only needs a little honing from time to time. A sound investment for someone who Enjoys cooking and wants a mid range collection of knives.

We have had lots of products from Robert Welch in the past. The signature Santoku knife is excellent. It’s lightweight, sturdy and incredibly sharp. The design of their knives, the handle and the reliability of the blade is second to none.

I love this knife
This knife is lovely to use. It feels good in the hand and works well with all sorts of use. Cutting, peeling, chopping etc. It is very sharp. I have the bigger knife as well and I love both of them.

Super Messer, klein, handlich, schön scharf und liegt wunderbar in der Hand. Habe es auch schon ein paar mal in der Spülmaschine gehabt (nachdem ich Fleisch geschnitten habe wegen der Hygiene) und es ist noch immer schön scharf. Ansonsten spüle ich es per Hand gleich nach dem Schnipseln ab.Ist momentan mein Lieblingsmesser mit dem ich so ziemlich alles wie z. B. Gemüse schneide, aber auch Hühnerbrust, Gulasch, etc. Endlich mal nicht so ein riesen großes Messer und Haptik und Optik sind auch TOP! Das Messer macht sich super an meinem Messerblock!! Dieses Messer würde ich mir sofort wieder kaufen - daher volle Kaufempfehlung!!
