The mixed reviews on this are interesting to me because not only has it been a lifesaver I have stopped it in the past for a cheaper version and I was extremely let down this does everything it says it does if you continue to take two a day and if it bothers your stomach take it with some food this is the best ackermansia on the market at this time I've tried them all yes it's expensive but yes it's worth it.

Didn't work for me!
I gave it a trial for two months and my liver enzymes are still elevated. No alcohol and only 10 pounds overweight.
