These are my favorite vitamins. They have the cleanest ingredients and the best quality I’ve found so far. They don’t have the greatest smell, but smell like most vitamins do, the texture is smooth and easy to swallow. The have been effective at helping my perimenopausal symptoms and keeping me from being anemic.

I’ve been using New Chapter Every Woman’s One Daily 40+ for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. It’s hard to find a multivitamin that supports energy, healthy aging, and immune health without upsetting my stomach—but this one truly delivers. I love that it’s one tablet a day and made with whole-food fermented nutrients, which makes it easy to absorb and very gentle. I’ve noticed more steady energy throughout the day (no jitters), and I don’t feel that afternoon crash like I used to. My digestion feels fine, even when I take it without food. The formula feels thoughtfully designed for women over 40, with nutrients that support bones, heart health, immunity, and overall wellness. I also appreciate the clean ingredients and that it’s non-GMO.

Having a hard time deciding how exactly to review this product. On one hand, I do think they are really great quality and I admit they make me feel more energized! So I definitely do recommend them. However, there are a few things to note: 1. In my opinion, they're not the greatest smelling. In fact, they don't smell good to me at all. So if that's important to you, it's something to consider - but to each their own! 2. They are quite large and not totally rounded. They do have "edges" on them which, for a pill of this size, can make it difficult to swallow. (See photos) 3. The bottles I order from Amazon have literally always had SEVERAL broken pills. By several, I mean maybe 10 out of the 96. Ordinarily, that wouldn't be an issue for solid pills. You'd just take two of them that appear to make a whole when put together. However, these pills are pretty big and when they are broken the broken edge is like jagged sandpaper. So swallowing two halves to make a whole is actually pretty painful. If losing 10% of your pills to breakage or taking painful halves doesn't bug you, then obviously no worries! Just something to know in advance. A simple fix from the manufacturer would be to stuff cotton, etc into the bottle on top of the pills to keep them from rattling around and breaking during transport. (See last photo) 4. Unfortunately, as you can see in my video, my last bottle arrived totally broken. The pills now have a VERY mottled appearance, as moisture got to them during shipping since they were exposed to air the whole time. They were very poorly protected inside the Amazon box and, as I said, there's no cotton or anything inside the bottle itself to absorb impact and keep pills from breaking, so I've got a $50 bottle of vitamins that I can't take now (See video) Bottom line: I think these are GREAT vitamins if you're cool with big pills that are a little smelly. However, I would perhaps suggest that you get them from another source like a local market or another online retailer with better packaging so as to avoid some of the pill breakage and (as in my case) bottle breakage issues. So my 4-star rating is based on the product - NOT on the packaging/shipping issues (which is honestly a 1-star, but doesn't reflect the quality of the product itself). I hope this is helpful!

So I took a big chance on these vitamins based on previous reviews on this product. Well my B12 was borderline low and after 3 mos of taking these vitamins my my level was on the upper end of normal, almost high! I felt the energy throughout and shall continue to buy this product although for now will space out my dosaging just to ensure levels don't get too high...love that it works and this is what I do for a living...run labs!! Effective indeed with no stomach upset even on an empty stomach!

Great product

And the fact that they’re fermented with probiotics makes them even easier to digest. I love that it's crafted for women over 40 like me, focusing on what we actually need—energy, immune support, skin, and hair health, all wrapped up in one little pill.
