Very easy
I got this for my grandfather and he adored it and has raved about it to anyone who would listen. He feeds his dog chicken breast and either had to use two forks or his hands, but with this in less than thirty seconds had perfectly shredded chicken. I normally don't write reviews but he requested I do, so highly recommend. It was smaller than I thought but can easily fit two chicken breasts ok definitely use just one for optimal shredderage.
