okay if i am 5'3 and 183lbs what size should i get?

I'm 5'2" and 190lbs, and have a size Large on right now. It took some time to get it on, and definitely sucks me in on the loosest row of hooks. It did create quite a bit of back fat, and shoved my muffin top down so there's a small bulge near my upper thighs. But it's not noticeable with regular clothing on. I might order another one in XL and start with that for longer periods of time and gradually transition into the Large once it's more comfortable.

I'm 5'7" 220lbs what size s should i get?

I am 5’ 4’ 185 lbs, the size chart said to get a large i sized down and got the medium. It was too big. so I got a small and I can go smaller. I’m guessing it gets stretched out super fast and therefore becomes less effective pretty fast.

In my opinion, I’d get an extra small. I’m 5’10/160lbs and Small is a perfect fit for me. And it’s working! 🙌🏾😊
