So pleased with this tricycle. I got it for my 78 yr old mother cause she couldn't ride a bicycle. The perfect solution she loves it and rides it al.ost everyday. Keep a eye on the 17mm nuts that hold the front and rear assemlies together they came loose once. They are nylon lock nuts so I will give the benefit of the doibt and say it was me for now.

If you want a really nice bike then look no further than this one. I reviewed a lot of adult trike bikes and found that this product was the best product for me, and the price was very reasonable and the assembly was extremely easy, the quality is excellent no problem with all of the parts and packaging, got mine in Red and I love it. I would recommend this bike

What I thought would be a 2-3day build/put together has turned into several weeks. The first problem was the instructions that came with the trike. They are the wrong ones, and do not match the video that goes with trike on Amazon. Next problem is that several of the nuts/bolts that are used to assemble the trike had been tightened at the factory to the point that they had to be put in a vice to get them separated so the trike could be assembled. When I finally got to putting the chain on the links needed to hold the chain together are missing. The handle bars will not stay in place no matter how much the screw that is supposed to hold them in place is stripped and will not stay tightened. I can't safely ride my "new" trike until spend extra money to replace broken and missing parts. Hopefully when I am able ride my trike I will enjoy it. However, I have not ENJOYED the assembly process 😕.

Works good easy to put together

Difficult to assemble. Instructions are not helpful at all and images are too small, poor in details. I think instructions are incomplete. At one point of the assembly, I had to pay a bike technician to finish the process. Assembly of the basket is flimsy and poorly designed. Adjusting the fenders so they don't touch the tires took some time and effort. Tightening the saddle clamp also took a lot of effort, trial and error, as it would tilt down frequently. The only positive thing is that this is light to ride. Do not buy.

Overall decent quality so far. Haven't gotten a chance to ride it yet as it snowed after it was delivered. The packaging was kind of beat up but I'm guessing that's a FedEx issue not the actual supplier. Seems comfortable for my height. Seems like the quality is on par with the price I paid.The only con that comes to mind though is the instructions are hot garbage and the video tutorial wasn't any better. Luckily I've built bikes before and I live with a mechanic that helped, especially with the sprockets as we had issues with the tension arm not wanting to keep tension.

Okay it arrived a day early, which didn't really make a difference when it took over 5 days to put it together (but I am a complete novice) The directions were absolutely horrible they honestly did not make sense, I actually had to watch a few OTHER BRANDS videos to be able to figure out what the manual was trying (very badly) to instruct. The video customer service sends you (upon request 🙄 wtf?) doesn't even have voice instructions, all it plays is music (imo bad music) and doesn't follow along with the instructions. I found pausing and rewatching the video "step by step" worked out the best for me. The video nor the instructions explain how to install the brakes or the shifter it literally just says to do it (but how?... Another YouTube video from a different source, that's how) I couldn't understand why everyone was complaining about the directions until I actually received them! But I will say that when you combine the manual, the video, other videos, and a little patience it is possible to put it together!The bike came with only two defects; a ding in the front fender and the chain guard does not align with the factory holes.I learned the hard way that it is extremely important how you extend the supports for the rear fenders, if not done equally (with the middle support remaining completely centered) it does not attach right and the fenders actually rub the tires!Update: I have ridden the bike 6 or 7 times and the chain already broke, trying to fix the chain has been quite the hassle, as the tool they supply for the chain actually broke the replacement, then broke itself!

Really Nice bike for my mom. It rides nice and smooth. The red color really stands out.
