I have Enjoyed the results of this device. It does seem to keep your skin looking more smooth! The device stopped functioning just a few days from its one year warranty. And contacted manufacturer. They still honored warranty and sent me a replacement! ☺️

I love this thing. Feels great after a shower and applying skincare. I can tell a difference in my chin & jaw line when I’m slacking and not using it.

Update- the company contacted me and I have been made whole. I will likely be buying another one. I had been using it under my chin twice a day and was EXTREMELY pleased with the results. I purchased one from another company, but have not only seen no change, I think it may even be backsliding. Received in April and the vibrating feature stopped working. Battery is fully charged. There is no way to contact the company.

It worked great until one of the lights quit working. I feel like it should last longer than six months. I took excellent care of it. I kept it very clean and in a safe dry environment. I wish I could find out how to get some customer service, but all attempts have failed.

I was a little hesitant about buying this product, I had my eye on it for a while, read the reviews a few times until finally decided to get it! Best decision ever! I’m 53, my skin care routine is very basic and I wanted to take it to the next step’ this little tool is amazing! My skin is more radiant and softer! My husband noticed the difference! I apply a little lymphatic serum and massage my face for about 5 minutes before applying my make up in the morning and 5 minutes at night after removing my make up and washing my face! I love it! I regret not getting it sooner!

I’ve been using this face & neck LED device for a few days now and I’m already seeing a difference. It’s easy to use, fits comfortably in the hand, and feels very gentle on the skin. I love the different modes — especially the warm setting and the red light therapy, which really relax my facial muscles and give a healthy glow. My skin feels smoother and tighter after each use.

I ordered product in April and received quickly and was impressed with quality of product. I wanted to use for facial and a recent scar tissue from a broken shoulder. I liked everything about it except now after 5 months it will not charge. Since I had no issues with it beforehand I disposed of box and directions. Previously had no issues with charging. Disappointed now. I figured since I spent a little more on it I would get better lifetime.

I am 45, and bought it as a handy facial tool within budget. Have used it 4-5 times, with moisturiser, cold cream, raw milk, potato water. I have noticed it helps the product in getting absorbed into my skin. I have also noticed a brightness on my face, and a smoother forehead. The heat and vibration setting gives a relaxing effect, it has greatly helped in reducing the tired look from my face even on a Friday, so Happy with it.
