Great scarf organization
Very sturdy and holds lots of scarves without tears or scratches. Easy to take off scarves and put them in the sections.

Nice, but does not rotate
I marked this down one star because it does not rotate. It seems sturdy and I can get a lot of scarves on it, but if I need a scarf on the far side, I need to take the entire hanger off the closet rod.
