Helped me
Worked really well for me initially and seemed like the only thing that would make my pain go away. However, they stopped working for me because I was initially misdiagnosed, so when my problem started to get worse they were not strong enough. But definitely helps with bloating and cramps. Without them even I couldn't have lived initially. The taste is okay, sweetish and easy to swallow as they are not big at all.

Didn’t work for me but might for you
Small tablets so they’re easy to swallow. They don’t taste of anything, which is a positive. I didn’t find them particularly effective personally, but that may vary from person to person. They might still be worth trying if you’re looking for something like this.
