The patches stay on for a long time without peeling off. I can go about my day without worrying about them coming off.

These are sooooo tiny, these patches don't cover my smallest toe. Don't waste your money. Keep looking.

the reason for my 3 star rating is due to the product had passed the 3yr expiration date by a few months. Not sure who's responsible ,if its been sitting on Amazon's shelf ,in their warehouse I think they should take note before they ship. The pad area that is the medicated area was completely dry , the area is also too small to cover the big toenail it would probably take 3-4 pads to cover the entire nail. they cover the rest of my toenails no problem. The pads stay on , will come off without leaving any sticky residue.Not sure if they are effective when they havent expired, nail fungus is very hard to eliminate its a long process if you need to treat all your nails youll need to buy several boxes .I like the idea its much easier & cleaner way to treat your nails ,for me its not practical ,I'd need 2 boxes a week, they recommend using 2-3 months, do the math.

I saw a significant improvement in the appearance of my nails within a week of using these patches. Very impressed.
