Like all of his other books, this has well written characters that pull you into the story. I can’t wait for the next one.

Exciting, excellnt action sequences. Plot is familiar not exactly original but the Author has presented a well paced very readable book. A page turner. I highly recommend this boom.

This is for all those fans of galaxy spanning adventure by a determined group of heroes. A beautifully written testament that everyone, no matter who they are, can make a difference. Another excellent series. Can’t wait till next Tuesday!

Very interesting concept and well done until the very end. War hero who is feared by all enemies , respected by all war fighters and has recently saved countless lives in a warship saved from the scrap heap is told by his government to surrender or be killed? Seemed absolutely preposterous until I reflected on recent events. Well done M.R.

M.R. Forbes has come up with a very good one. Plot and characters are sound. No noted grammar, spelling or typo errors. A good read. Looking forward to next installment.

Credible World building. Interesting, fast moving plot. Quality story telling.It has only one systematic fault. It's too wordy. Significant copy editing would take this into the top of its class. The increased conciseness will speed up an already fast paced story.Enjoy.

A new universe, and a new series. Strong characters and and an intriguing story. I am looking forward to to spending more time in this multiverse.

The timeline is sensible, the characters are its strength, action is non-stop, and the storyline builds and is consistent throughout. All individuals are realistic, and they sometimes have a sense of humor. The ships and the technology are as we expect with certain extrapolations as is customary. This first book makes for a good read until the last page, and the 2nd book will soon be available! Enjoy!

An excellent plot, so many ways for it all to end in disaster, with strong characters, dialogue, action and drama.

Good book by a great author- action and adventure from Chapter 1 but the strokes of last-minute luck the characters seem to have is right at the edge of credibility. Will read the next book but hope that it doesn't wander into the realms of impossibility...
