Disappointing.
It had an intermittent fault so that most times it would not boot up. I tried to many times over four days and it ran only once. Obviously unsatisfactory so I returned it.

There is no handbook that comes with the DELL. But most support is now on-line, so this is not an issue. Computer arrived in good, working condition. Customs appeared to be a problem at one point, but this was resolved. This caused a slight delay in delivery.
