The media could not be loaded. THIS IS NOT A "VINE FREE ITEM REVIEW"! IT IS AN HONEST REVIEW OF A PAID FOR BY ME ITEM AS I PAY FOR EVERYTHING I GET! ... AND I PAID FULL PRICE FOR THIS JUNK!!! YES, DOUBLE WHAT THIS TRASH COSTS NOW, I KNOW THAT IS WHY THEY ARE "ON SALE"!This is a COMPLETE WASTE of money & time!!! It "worked" OFF/ON (MOSTLY OFF) in the beginning with problems disconnecting A LOT...NOW, it CONTINUOUSLY DISCONNECTS and IF it does connect, it is for just long enough to notice it disconnecting AGAIN! (Then NEVER connnecting even with all the turning on/off EVERY THING POSSIBLE THAT HAS CONNECTION!) Now, it REFUSES to connect and is ABSOLUTE, COMPLETE GARBAGE that I WILL NOT RECOMMEND to ANYONE!!! It is NOW USELESS and I HAVE to go back to using a cable that is in the way, but AT LEAST I GET the AA connection!!! Of course, it COMPLETELY STOPPED AFTER the "return period" and now am stuck with an expensive piece of JUNK!! I RECOMMEND to stay FAR & COMPLETELY AWAY FROM THIS "dongle" because it is NOT going to work CORRECTLY when first receive and WILL STOP connecting COMPLETELY!!Video SHOWS "connecting" or "connected" but IT IS WRONG AND IS NOT OR DOES NOT "CONNECT"!!! I posted the video to SHOW that there IS something WRONG with THIS & NOT my car!!! The light is ONLY LIT BECAUSE IT IS GETTING POWER FROM MY CAR!!The 'seller' does NOT even "seem" to care because they NEVER reached out to me to assist in a solution OR even a replacement!! There ARE others that Actually WILL Work & I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU LOOK AT ANY OTHER BUT THIS ONE!!!

Works great with my 2023 Ionic 5 . It is easy to use, plug it to the USB port. Pair it with my Bluetooth Motorola Android phone. Android Auto starts automatically, have used it with both Google maps and Waze. No more USB to usb-c cable, constant charging and heating of phone. Comes with two cables, USB and USB C. Firmware can be updated, set a Peer-to-peer (P2P) connection. Folks running into issue should try to update firmware. Ip address is listed in instructions, search for videos on YouTube to update firmware, to set tp P2P connection. This is my daily driver now.
