Tastes like regular sugar but seems not as sweet which I like. I’ve been using Xylitol for years and appreciate it protects your teeth.

High quality, great tasting xylitol sugar substitute. My family really likes it! I will definitely order again.

I’ve been using xylitol as a sugar substitute for a while, and overall it’s okay. It does a good job at sweetening drinks and recipes without the calories of sugar, and I appreciate that it’s better for dental health compared to regular sugar. However, I’ve noticed that it can sometimes cause digestive discomfort if I use too much, which is a bit of a downside. Also, the texture and taste are a little different from sugar — not quite as smooth or neutral, so it takes some getting used to. It’s a decent option if you want to cut back on sugar, but it’s not perfect. I’d recommend trying it in small amounts first to see how your body reacts.

I wonder how many people of the 92% 5 star ratings actually checked their blood sugar levels when using this product. My mother is a diabetic and I gave her an 8th or less of a teaspoon when this product first arrived. Her blood sugar spiked immediately from 130 to 185. Product not as advertised. **Update 1** So if you do any research on this product you will learn that there is a lot of mixed feelings about it. Particularly how it effects your stomach health. In addition to raising my mother's blood sugar this product really messed up my stomach. I didn't even eat that much of it. Just two home made cookies, not sure how many grams.....I'm guessing maybe 30-40? My stomach felt terrible. Our daily allowance for sugar is 45 grams, yet they advertise this product as if it doesn't register as sugar in our blood stream, so.....that should mean we can eat it freely. But no, this product will mess up your stomach very quickly and caused to have to go to the bathroom. Even when I had just one cookie- (approx. 15-20 grams of Xylitol) I had to go to the bathroom soon after. It's a great laxative! But they don't market as such. It is sweet though, it tastes fairly good, but it also gave me a slight headache and I didn't feel very good overall eating this. I would not recommend it to a friend and say avoid it unless you are constipated and don't mind sugar spikes. **Update 2** Another day went by and I decided to keep eating the batch of cookies I made with it. The symptoms were about the same, except now in addition to having to go the bathroom I had gas throughout the day greatly. I will say that Xylitol seems to give me a sustained boost of energy, but the "energy" is not natural feeling, it makes you feel a little wired, and there is a crash, although it's not exactly the same as sugar. I definitely felt worse than I did before taking this produce and the gas you get and having to go to the bathroom several times after eating it is overall a deal breaker for me. It messed up my stomach flora and generally made me feel sort of crappy. This was a big disappointment because I really WANT to like this product. I need a sugar substitute that will help me with my weight and still give me energy and this product was advertised to do that. As I said before it did give me a sort of boost of energy, but it was an unnatural kind of energy that was accompanied with the nagging feeling that my stomach was having some issues, along with gas, and the feeling I had to go to the bathroom. The next day after eating it I didn't feel that great either, which leads me to believe this is not a great product, and not at all what they advertise it as. This would be a good laxative if marketed as such. But it is definitely NOT what it is marketed as. A simple google search will tell you that a great many people have stomach problems when taking it. I definitely did. The bottom line is the company is not fully honest and frank about the potential problems with this product, but they do have a very sly, small worded disclaimer at the bottom of the product page. I am very surprised there are so many good reviews on it. I will be contacting Amazon and asking for a refund because the price is very high for a mis-advertised product.
