I got a shop vac that is cordless and works with the DeWalt 20 volt batteries. I already had a couple batteries, but they were only three amp and they ran out of power in the vacuum quickly. I decided to get these 8 mAp models to see if it would make a difference And wow, it did. One of these batteries lasts the entire time that I am vacuuming and it gives the vacuum enough power to act like a shop vac. So far I have only used it on dry debris and I’ve not tried wet debris yet as this is often messy And I’ll only use the vacuum for liquid in a crisis situation. These batteries work great for me and for just over $25 each they are significantly cheaper than the brand-name battery. There is a small battery meter on the side of the battery. You can press it, and it will light up to four dots showing you the power of the battery , I do not know how accurate this is, but it is kind of a neat gimmicky feature. These batteries fit perfectly in all my Dewalt tools as well. I’m very glad I got them.

I have a DeWalt hedge trimmer and a blower. For long jobs the hedge trimmer will use up the battery it came with (5 Amp-hr). These 8 Amp-hr batteries really do make a difference though. They do last a lot longer than the 5 Amp-hr batteries and I didn't have to stop and swap out batteries. They appear to charge fine on both the standard charger and the fast charger. With batteries the one thing you don't know is the longevity. Time will tell, but so far I am pretty happy with these batteries especially at their price.

Came 2/3 charged, which is standard and advisable. Take and jold a charge and work just like OEM batteries at less than half the price. Building a collection of 20V Dewalt tools is awfully expensive, so I sincerely appreciate having these as an option to take a little of the sting out of powering them.

I recently purchased these replacement batteries for my Dewalt 20V tools. I was pleased to find that they work just as well as the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) batteries but at a much lower cost. In fact, I got twice the number of batteries for less than half the cost of the OEM batteries. How can you go wrong with a deal like that?

Fits my tools well - they are good replacement dewalt 20V. Charge power not as long as OEM but very ice to have a couple more batteries on hand. Good items.
