Not sure why anyone else had a problem with the pieces fitting together, but not my experience. This device is well made, the receiver threads and the male threads are coated and done correctly, the rubber covering on the pole is very helpful (for padding around the neck bones) and the size is perfect. Best part is that it breaks down into 4 pieces. A little heavy for travel, if you are traveling very light, but then again, we all prioritize our packing list for carry on, don't we? And if you need a yoga stick or something like it, then this is the best one I have used and I recommend it highly.

Yoga stick appears to be made of good quality and the best part is its portability. The yoga stick can be take apart and can easily be hidden away. I thought it would be tall enough to use in a Pilates reformer class-not tall enough ( I can buy another and would be the correct length) Here is the problem I couldn’t assemble the yoga stick because I was sent incorrect pieces. Unfortunately this makes the item useless. I’m not sure I want to take the risk of buying another. I have call out to company and will update review then I receive word.

This yoga stick is really awesome. It's completely covered in foam that permits a firm grip . Also it's adjustable! ***Unboxing**** it arrives in a very compact box. Inside there are four sections of the pole wrapped in protective plastic, a storage bag, and a small brochure from the company. ***Assembly*** Easy pleasey! Gee it's easy! Just screw one end into the end of another section. (No messing with those metal pop buttons. ) Voila! It's ready in whatever size you want to make from the four sections. I'm just beginning my weight loss journey, and this pole will help me with my balance till I get a little stronger. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Chronic back issues. This pool does wonders to assist with getting that stretch you are trying to get to solo. Durable and well made. Cushion is a plus.

Ordered this and it was missing a male end on one of the parts, so I ordered a second one and sent the first one back. Same issue with the new one. It looks like a quality item in every other way, but it can’t be put together. Very disappointed.

I ordered this for a balance pole when Iam on my life pro Vibration Machince works perfect as ibsas fusing it gave me the idea to order a second to use as simulated ski poles works great, they are adjustable to solid poles no worries about breaking them. The adjysbilty of them made sense I am 68 and there are a lot of uses for the warding off dogs while walking. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.

I’ve always wanted something like this, and now that I finally got around to getting and using it, I’m really happy with it. It’s a great tool—nicely weighted, feeling hefty and durable without being as unwieldy as a barbell. It’s easy to assemble and disassemble, and you can adjust it to different lengths. However, I don’t like the smell of the rubber grips—they have a strong neoprene odor. I also noticed that the threading on one of the handles looks a bit wonky. It doesn’t affect performance, but I expected better quality control for a product that costs nearly $40. Despite these issues, it’s incredibly useful, and I’ve been getting great stretches from it. It’s right by my office door, and using it is the first and last thing I do during my workday, keeping it from collecting dust in the corner. Overall happy with this product and have the confidence in it to replace it with the same if for some reason I left it behind somewhere.

Easy to assemble and I like the different size configurations for different uses. I'd buy again.
