Trust me I've owned one of these prior to buying this pair and it's as good now as it was 8 years ago, amazing quality and gets used for everything everyday, fruit, veg, trimming fat off meat or chicken, honestly couldn't be without these, reason for new ones my daughter just nicked my original 😣🙄

Much, much smaller than I anticipated but they appear to have very sharp blades and will probably do avery good job.
