The inversion table was easy to assemble and seems well made and sturdy. The heel restraints are tricky to get into place and require a strong hand to locate the metal tab into the heel bar. The balance is very good when you invert. The height adjustment bar is a bit fiddly and can be difficult to pull out to adjust for another family member. My partner does feel it has helped her back. Be careful not to come off too quickly as walking away can make you a bit dizzy. Overall we are happy with the purchase but we will see how the product helps my partner’s back over the next few months.

This product is heavy but really solid. Worth paying the little bit extra for quality. No risk of slipping out whilst COMPLETELY UPSIDE DOWN. Bit of a weird feeling when you first start, so take it slowly. Time will tell how effective it is on my lower back.

This is a great product. Easy to set up, and genuinely helps to stretch out your back. You can really feel it clicking into place. It is a very heavy piece of kit, sturdy enough to take my weight (about 16 stones). Would highly recommend.

You do have to put this together. Make sure you do it right. That said, I find this thing to be a work of art and very sturdy. Going upside down on an inversion table can be a little cautionary. But this unit seems really a top quality build for a lower price. As far as helping back issues I would also recommend anyone to give it a try. It folds up and moves around fairly easy. For sure.

Souffrant d'une lombalgie tenace, j'ai commandé cet appareil. Il est stable et supporte mes 95kg. Utilisé régulièrement, il a soulagé grandement ma lombalgie que mon ostéopathe n'est pas arrivé à régler. Une séance de 10 mn est suffisante pour détendre le dos et décontracter les muscles. au bout d'une semaine d'utilisation régulière, je suis quasiment soulagé. reste a mettre en place une stratégie de re éducation avec un kinésithérapeute pour éviter que ma lombalgie ne revienne.

I have been using this for the last few weeks. I am amazed how 5 minutes a few times a week makes such a difference. The quality is good as the product is ruggedly built. There are more expensive items that are a bit more refined, but this works just fine. The assembly was reasonably easy (some required). All the components are marked and the instructions are fairly straight forward. Even the tools are included (i.e. small wrenches & allen key) - if you have your own ratchet set, it will be a bit easier to assemble but this is not a necessity. Hanging completely upside down is a little uncomfortable, but I only do it for 5 minutes at a time. Within 15 minutes of using it the first time, I already noticed an improvement. I do not have severe back problems by any means, but I do suffer the chronic ache. This works well for that.
