After I posted my initial review they contacted me and wanted to know how they could improve their product and what they could do to make my having gotten a faulty product right. They sent me a new plush, which I just received today, and it is very nice and fluffy. The wing did not come off in the dryer and seems to be very well attached. I love the floppy ears and it is very huggable. If you have any problems after receiving your product I would contact Peach Cat. I am very happy to have such a cute little bat guy.Original Review:The little guy came vacuum-sealed in a plastic bag so I put it in the dryer to fluff it up. It fluffed up very nicely! ...but one of the wings came off. It doesn't look like it was even sewn on, there is no thread around the hole where it was connected to the body. I'll have to find the time to reattach it, so unfortunately will not be able to cuddle it for now. Overall, not a bad size for the price but not the best quality.

Oooh so I already had the little version of one of these guys I got a long time ago. I love him but he’s really too small to cuddle with and I wanted a new cuddlable plush. I happened to see the listing for this and there was a 20”!! Plus it was Prime Day and I got a great deal!You can see the 20” in comparison to the 12” in one of my photos if that helps anyone. The 20” is the perfect cuddle size! He’s so comfy to hug and very soft.Only real disappointment, like others have pointed out, the ears have absolutely NO structure and thus are very floppy. My 12” one’s ears stood up by themselves.So I did some minor surgery on the big guy and added wires around the outside edges of his ears. It’s not perfect, my wire was a little soft, but it’s much better! (Before & after photos)I wanted to add wire to the wings but I think it will interfere with the hugability.When it arrived it was vacuum packed of course, so I popped him in the dryer to roll around with the dryer balls (air fluff only, no heat! I’d be concerned the heat will melt the fluff) and he looked great after rolling around in there for about 20 minutes.Overall I’m happy with him, despite there needing a little extra work, because he was really inexpensive for his size.

I just opened the package after it was delivered today, and the plushie arrived with a huge rip under the armpit. Otherwise, it's super cute and soft, but this was supposed to be a surprise gift for my spouse, so now I have to find somewhere to hide it until I can sew the hole up...

It came so compressed in a bag that I thought there was no way it would be okay, but it actually fluffed up nicely, and the faux fur used is surprisingly soft.

i got the 20in it’s a little folded from the vacuum seal bag it came in but other than that it’s perfect
