I’m a newbie to MCT oil
This is the first time I’ve tried MCT oil therefore I cannot say too much about the results at the moment. I am on a Keto diet and I wanted to supplement my fats with the oil and the price and quantity was very good with this purchase. The oil arrived very quickly and was well packed, the label is written in German but you can translate it online if you so wish and the oil is very easy to take by the spoonful or in coffee or drinks. I’m impressed so far
