Wasn't sure what to expect but this little thing packs a punch.Have not had to use it on anyone and have not had any volunteers to verify its power.The sound and sprk from it is likely all that is needed to frighten most evil doers away.I have owned other stun guns and shocked myself with one much weaker than this and it dropped me to the ground.The fact that it is rechargeable is a big bonus over the alkaline 9 volts ones I ha ve had in the past.Completely satisfied.

While I haven't tested the actual taser strength, for obvious reasons, it certainly gives off a crack of electricity that was extremely intimidating. I read some reviews about how awkward it is to turn on, but I found it simple enough. While it certainly needs some deliberate actions to turn on the taser, I feel that this is exactly what I'd want out of something so dangerous.I can see the argument that in a very tough situation, it would be hard to get this working under extreme stress, but this is why you should be familiar with these tools well before you ever need to use them. After some time getting familiar, I'm pretty confident that this is a handy thing to carry along for an evening walk.

I picked this up, mostly for peace of mind while walking my dog at night, and overall, I think it’s a pretty solid choice. First of all, it’s super compact, about the size of a key fob, which makes it easy to slip into a pocket or attach to my keychain. The bright purple color is fun and makes it easy to spot in my bag, which I appreciate. The flashlight feature is handy. It has three modes, and I’ve already used it a few times when walking in poorly lit areas. The actual stun function is straightforward enough to activate, but you do need to slide the toggle and then press a separate button, so it takes a little getting used to. I get that it’s designed this way to avoid accidental activation, but in a high-stress situation, I could see myself fumbling with it a bit.

The REAX Mini Stun Gun is a must-have for self-defense. It’s small but powerful, with a built-in flashlight for added utility. The rechargeable battery is a great feature too.

I do love how small this is. It isn't much bigger than a car's key fob or an earbud case. It's not super intuitive to use, and you have to slide a toggle on the side to the right location before hitting a second button to activate the stun function. I haven't tested it on myself, but it does emit a loud buzzing. It's noticeably different from the distinctive crackle or a serious stun gun, but it would still probably work as a deterrent. I'd argue this is better than nothing, but probably not something I would use as my only means of protection. In an effort to make everything so compact, I think some sacrifices in function had to be made.

This little tazer works good and it's easy to operate. The design is good and it's small enough to fit in a pocket or purse. It's pretty loud and a good deterrent, but the actual power probably isn't enough to back someone off who really want to get you.
