Wow, great pieces, very tactile and fun to play. I am English living in Scotland and play regularly with my neibough (socially). The detailing of faces and clothes is nicely rounded avoiding sharp edges when playing with them. The Scott's king is shorter than the English king as the only disparity. David Perry

Beautiful pieces. Lovely detail. My Scottish wife was a bit disappointed that the Scottish side is smaller - seems every customer says that. Why are they smaller? It looks odd on a board. Sir William Wallace was a very tall man but the piece is small.
