I recently tried Spry 10 Peppermint Gum with Xylitol, and I’m seriously impressed! This gum is not meant to be the sort of gum that you chew for ages. It's a xylitol delivery system that you chew a minimum of 6 times a day and is intended to release its xylitol in just a few minutes so that your mouth floods with enough xylitol to affect the growth of the plaque bacteria in your mouth and thereby protect your teeth. If you want 'gum' then this would be a very expensive way to buy it and would leave you rather unhappy with how quickly this loses its flavour. If you're using xylitol to help protect your mouth then this is one of the most cost effective and tasty ways to get your 6g a day. I have a chronic dry mouth condition which is why I am a xylitol fan, but I also have burning mouth syndrome which means that I just can't cope with most mint gums as they have painfully strong flavours. Spry make two gums which are great for me, this one and their green tea flavour. I'm happy that my mouth has a bit more protection than I can get just from cleaning my teeth twice a day using this, and hopefully it will help me reduce the damage from having a chronically dry mouth.

I have tried a variety of the healthy alternatives and for me, this one has the most silimar texture to the standard gum. It does help with fresh breath and keeps it's texture when chewing. The taste is very pleasant and fresh. The one downside is the expected reduced longevity of the taste, which is the case for basically all of the healthy gum alternatives, however this is one of the best. The container itself is also easy to open and close.

These taste great and their flavour lasts the longest out of all the different kinds of xylitol gum I've tried.

I absolutely love them. I even think it's a good price, there're so many in one box! great flavour and they don't come apart like many other 'healthier' chewing gums. I have purchased these a couple times already, and I'll do it again!

This chewing gum has given me an allergic reaction. I don’t suffer with any other allergies or food intolerances, so this obviously has something quite strong in it. It caused my tongue to swell and the surface of my tongue to become raised and sore. I couldn’t eat properly for days as it was too painful. Be cautious! I wish I had read the bad reviews before purchasing and only afterwards saw that other people suffered the same symptoms.

I suffer a bit with acid reflux, so my G.P informs me. I am not keen on medication but prefer to try, research and self help. I read that chewing gum, helps produce saliva. Which in turn, helps to keep the mouth and throat lubricated. Thus enabling some resistance, against the acid, from burning the throat. I dislike gum, l find it very unattractive. To see a person, chewing it in public. However the alternative was sugarless sweets. Not a good idea long term. Sugar free, does not mean, that it does not contain sugars, as such. Or the dreaded aspartame. This gum, apparently, does not contain, any potentially harmful substances. What l did not like, was the fact that the seal, had been broken meaning. The protective cover inside the container. Had been peeled back slightly. I took a chance, counted the contents. There were exactly 100 pieces. As stated. The pieces are tiny. When you chew, it is barley the size of a dried pea. However eating two is too much. I chose the fruit flavour. Mint burns my throat and makes me sneeze. The flavour is nice but soon dissapears. This sort of gum is not cheap. It is enviromentally friendly. Whatever that means for gum. So l think it deserves five stars. My advice was, for reflux, chew for at least twenty minutes. After meals, as that helps reduce, tooth decay also.

3 a day, one after each meal usually has been great for me. All the studies say massive reduction in cavities when using xylitol gum.

One of the few gums that does not use any aspartame or other crap, but still has flavour that lasts a fairly long time. Problem is: price on Amazon is much higher than buying in local stores, if you can find it.

I purchased this gum many times before so not much to tell about its quality. In my opinion, the best chewing gum in the market. The "traditional" chewing gums like airways or orbit are made of things that you really do not want to eat, chew or whatever similar ;). Spry is made of natural ingridients and tastes great at the same time. As for the shop itself, I can highly recommend it. Very fast delivery with relatively low shipping costs.
