Unexceptional
Our central a/c went out. Luckily night temps stayed below 70 so it weal when the helper (me) did all the work.

Doesn't Really Work
My upstairs bedrooms get so hot and I had such high hopes for this thing with all the great reviews. It does make cooler air than say a regular fan however it doesn't blow very hard nor is it anywhere near to a regular air conditioning unit. Like you would need to be in a closet to feel the effects. Anything larger no way it helps. Don't recommend especially for the price. Also you have to constantly fill the tank with water and ice if you choose. And you are not supposed to run it ok the cool setting without it. So you can't always leave it on and the water tank is not removable you have to pour water into it.

Not that effective
Remote that comes with the unit is cheap and never worked, I even changed the battery. Water container on the unit has a hose attached so you can't remove the container to empty the water, you have to carry the entire unit to somewhere that you can tip it over so that the water pours out. Whatever the temperature of the water that is in the container is how cool the air that blows out will be. It comes with 4 freezer packs that you place in the water container in order for it to blow out cool air. Using only two freezer packs hardly cooled off the small office room it was placed in. Maybe using chilled water with the 4 freezer packs would make it more effective? I returned them since it's way to much hassle to use in an office environment.

It’s almost just a Regular fan. Disappointed!
First off, the reviews showed 100% 5 stars and I made a huge, big time mistake and believed but then the reviews changed to 3 stars after I purchased the product, not fair!!! I would not give more than 2 stars

Feels like a basic fan
This item does not cool down my small room. It's way overpriced for what you get. Really disappointed considering we are in a heat wave. Once the water drops below a certain level, it becomes loud at odd hours of the night.

Not working
Our AC quit; I work from home and it has been 94° weather! The portable air conditioner leaked on my carpet. 1. The oscillation feature does not work. 2. The “High” fan speed does not work.
