Definitely smaller than other power banks I've had over the years. While it is still reasonably heavy, this probably comes with the territory - it's a battery charger after all so needs to pack a bit of a punch. I like the display on the front showing how much charge is in the actual power bank. What appeals to me most of all is the clever way in which the small cable clips into the small plastic holder to become a carrying handle. Good design idea. Charging speed is probably about average for this sort of device, but the battery, so far, seems to last quite well. A decent sized power bank overall, I think ideal for travelling.

I’m really impressed with this INIU 20000mAh power bank. Despite its high capacity, it’s surprisingly small and lightweight — perfect for travel, work, or everyday use. It charges my phone multiple times and still has power left over. The fast-charging feature works brilliantly — my phone and tablet both charge quickly, and I love that it has both USB-C input and output. The digital display showing the battery percentage is a great touch, so I always know how much charge is left. Overall, this is one of the best power banks I’ve owned. First impressions: • Product looks well built. • Compact for a 20000 mAh capacity, but not enough to carry around with me daily. • Convenient LED which could possibly help in very unique circumstances. I would recommend this product.

It is small in size but quite heavy and I returned it as it would be too heavy in handbag etc but prob effective for charge hence the 4*.

Had a 10000mah previously which lasted about 4 years so high hopes for this larger version. Pro's: it works and works well. No built in cable, which is a big plus imo - cables will fail before the power bank does. Charges phones multiple times. Cons: slightly heavy (but you'd expect that). Long charge time, obviously that depends a lot on what you're charging it with. Overall: very good value for money. Small enough to fit in your pocket. For 25 quid I doubt you'd get better.

Just what I needed as my current go to battery pack is too small to support my phone when I am out all day. The INIU 20000mAh power bank is the perfect size to fit in my bag and not too heave, like some brands. My husband has had an INIU 20000 battery pack for a couple of years now and it has been first class but is 1/3 bigger in both length and depth, so this new version is a great upgrade for me. Once he sees it I just know he will want to get one too!

Beautifully portable and delivers the charge needed. Recharging seem a bit slow but I just leave it to fully charge without monitoring how long, because it doesn't bother me. But it is sleek and ingeniously designed short charging cable double up as a "wrist holder"!
