This is my second purchase as they are so useful and keep the baking tray and oven clean. What’s not to like? Very handy for cooking spicy fish, vegetables or chicken. Highly recommended

Not enough, but works well
Very easy to make lovely cooked chicken breasts. A little pricey and could do with more in the packet, but can't fault the results

Keeps meat moist
Great for roasting chicken. They stop the meat drying out, but allow it to cook thoroughly. Great for also keeping the oven clean, as all of the juices and therefore the splatters, are kept within the bag!

I use this for chicken or small turkey. If you want though, you can open the bag and expose chicken or turkey to brown the top in the oven to give make it crispier
