Absolute Shilajit Capsules 500mgThis supplement comes in a tinted plastic bottle, appropriately sealed and protected from contamination. Each capsule measures approximately 2cm. It may not be challenging for some to swallow as it requires one daily. It has no foul odour or aftertaste. The expiration date and batch number are evident on the bottle, which I trust for traceability purposes. A bottle is good for two month's supply.I'm not an expert, and I rely on reliable websites, such as the NHS or my GP, to get information about this kind of supplement. After taking it for a few days, there was no adverse effect on me.

Been taking for a couple of days now and to be honest.. I don't know.Do I feel more energised? Shiljit is high in iron, so if you are diagnosed with too much iron in blood, you should not take this. As usual, it's good to research or seek advice if you are taking other prescription medications.But for me, it has promising effect and based on this, I am happy to recommend as this particular product seems to be "gold" as described,

These Absolute Shilajit capsules are well labelled which always reassures me. They are made in the UK and 3rd party tested to ensure purity. They have a good expiry date too - over 18 months.As to their effectiveness, it is difficult to give an accurate answer. The marketplace for supplements that were relatively unheard of until recently seems to have exploded and Shilajit is one of the most talked about. There's lots of information online regarding possible health benefits including increased testosterone for men, improved cognitive function, better athletic performance and so on. I am certainly happy to take these daily and see what, if any, health improvements they provide.
