Before,I started using these vitamins. I use to suffer with uncomfortable cramps, bloating and frequent urination, a week or a few days before my period started. I ended up having to take paracetamol or ibuprofen to try and get rid of the pain.Since I've been taking these gummy vitamins everyday, I've felt no pain or discomfort. 👍

I was hoping these PMS Gummies would help with symptoms, but unfortunately, I didn’t notice much of an effect. The taste is okay, and I like that they are vegan and include probiotics and Vitamin B6, but they didn’t seem to make a real difference in easing PMS symptoms.For the price, I expected better results. They might work for some, but for me, they felt like a waste of money.Wouldn’t repurchase.

I’ve only tried them this month in the luteal phase, but I’ve definitely felt a difference in my mood and my partner has also noticed this. I’m not sure if it’s a placebo effect but I’ll take it! :)

They were ok very sweet but easy to eat.

I haven’t used them for long but I have noticed a small improvement in my mood, the flavour is good and they have a fudge like texture.
