Q: Had anyone actually tested the capacity of this pack to prove it can deliver 30,000 mAh?

I disassembled my newly purchased Charging pack, and ran some charging/discharging measurements, directly, on the internal battery, using some equipment specifically design for testing LiPo batteries. The unit contains a single cell LiPo battery, and has no markings on it. Beginning with a fully charged battery, at a 1 amp discharge rate, I measured the battery capacity as 8000 mAH., at a nominal voltage of ~3.7 volts. This amounts to about 30 watt hours, and is quite good for this size of LiPo battery. However, battery voltage of 3.7 volts, must be Boosted to 5 volts, as required by the USB devices, that you intend to charge. There is a voltage Boost circuit, on a circuit board, inside the unit. Boosting the voltage from ~3.7 volts, to 5 volts, has the effect reducing the overall maH. We end up with about 6000 maH, as the Battery Pack capacity. This is the Capacity the Seller should have claimed in his Ad. False, inflated, and misrepresented capacity claims for many of the advertised Battery Packs, is widespread.

Q: Any customers who weren't compensated by the seller/manufacturer for positive reviews able to verify the solar charge time for the charger itself?

30000mah (capacity) / 360mah (solar charge rate) = approximate charge time in full sunlight if battery completely dead = 84 hours. The solar panel isn't the intended way to charge the device. It's basically just there to keep the battery topped off. It may help in a pinch, but certainly couldn't rely on the solar panel to charge the battery pack.

Q: Is this solar battery charger water proof?

It is only water proof when the outlet’s cover is closed. Anyone saying it is waterproof while charging has never used one in the rain. Certainly not in a “waterfall!” And certainly not after the flimsy outlet cover falls off.

Q: Do the wireless power bank comes with warranty?

I doubt it - they've been spamming me with e-mails offering me a gift card to delete my negative review.
