I recently purchased this gaming chair from Amazon, and Iโm very happy with the product itself. The chair is sturdy, comfortable, and well-designed for long gaming or work sessions. The cushioning is thick and supportive, the ergonomic design provides great lumbar support, and the adjustable armrests and reclining feature make it even better. The materials feel premium, and the chair rolls smoothly on the wheels without any issues. However, the third-party installation service was extremely disappointing. The technician never showed up, and there was no proper communication or update from their side. I ended up assembling the chair myself, which was manageable thanks to the clear instructions, but I expected better service, especially when an installation option was provided. Overall, the chair itself is fantastic and worth the purchase, but donโt rely on the installation service. Be prepared to set it up yourself.

I bought this chair for 19k and 3-4 days it was fine. Then it started making a creaking noise when I tilt. I checked and all screws were tight. Most likely something needs lubrication or replacement. By day 10 it got louder and happened even when I just sit on it. So I reached to their customer support using Whatsapp. Got automated message. After few days I reached again. No reply. Then I left a voice mail. Still no reply. After a week of this left an email. Got an automated message. And so far never reached a real person. Please don't buy from Green Soul. Their support is completely non-responsive. Have no option but to review here. Try another brand. Chair would be great if they actually provided warranty and help. All in all, a pretty bad experience so far. Update: Got a call from them eventually, they sent a replacement for the creaky tilt mechanism part. It was very difficult assembling it. New one making noise too after few months. They had suggested wd40 spray. It helps. But not fully fixed. But I changed the rating to 4. Because overall chair is very sturdy and good quality. Only has creaky tilt mechanism.
