Shuts off while using
The product I have does not work correctly. It's shuts off during use and turns on while I'm not using it. The "automatic" shut off seems to shut it off well before the eight hours.

This coffee warmer is next level. Each sip is a warm delight . The size is perfect. You can use it in the office or at home.Say good bye to cold tea or coffee.. I never have to walk away from my computer to warm my coffee up anyway more.. It’s the best thing to have that you never think you need until you have. The price is right for such a daily essential.

Not worth it
Doesn’t really keep my coffee warm, tried both ceramic and yeti cups. Neither stayed hot, tried all three settings and no difference

Gets warm quickly and stays that way
Heats up quick, mother loves it for the night stand. Perfect for the slow but hot coffee drinker in your life. Auto-off is a huge bonus as she’s forgetful and a worrier.

Looks OK; however doesn't do the job.
If you want a cup of tepid coffee, this is the warmer for you. It doesn't warm over 149 degrees, while others go much higher. My fault for not understanding what the temp SHOULD be. Also, there is no automatic shut-off. I take my coffee away from my desk, return HOURS later, and the thing is still heating the air above it rather than switching off when there is no weight on it. Pretty worthless.
