This frige is very nice and the vegetables and fruits was fresh l love this frige. internal glass was best and storage is very nice.Colour was nice l don't know why it has 3 star it deserves 5 star. It doesn't make any noice.

Product is okay but installation service was pathetic. First it was delayed and then it was cancelled automatically

We purchased a Whirlpool 265 L 3 Star IntelliFresh Inverter Frost-Free Double Door Refrigerator on 14th October 2021. Recently, we are facing an issue where the normal section is not cooling, while the deep freezer is working fine.We contacted your service center, and a technician visited our home. He inspected the fridge and mentioned that there was ice around the cooling fan. He cleared it and charged Rs. 500 for the service. However, the same issue reappeared after just 2 days.When we tried to contact the same technician again, he spoke very rudely and questioned us for calling him, saying, “Why are you calling me? I have no work with you.”We then contacted the Kadapa district service center, but received no proper response. We also reached out to the Rajampet service center, and they asked us to pay Rs. 5000 to replace the PCW board. When we requested them to at least recheck the issue since the freezer is working fine, they disconnected the call and spoke very rudely again.Despite multiple calls and follow-ups, no one has resolved the issue, and we are extremely disappointed with the service. We chose Whirlpool believing in its brand value and product quality, but this experience has left us frustrated and regretful.

There is no lock and there are so many fillings in this refrigerator and glued and belded, finishing is not good, paint is fading.There is no doubt in the performance but if you are selling the product to the customer then at least the finishing should be attractive.Over all fridge is good, it is just like, good is inside not outside.If you don't care about the looks then go for it, it is good by performance.

An additional voltage stabilizer is required to save the internal circuitry from rapid fluctuations in power supply.

Product is ok if you get it under 30000.Secondly please think twice before making order through amazon as you will receive dents on the fridge as I ordered it once and returned then again I received a damaged fridge. Otherwise best fridge in this range.
