Cerdeco 1X/10X Magnification Lighted Makeup Mirror, Smart-Touch Cool, Warm, Daylight, Cord Operated or Battery Operated, Brushed Nickel

My very old lighted makeup mirror died, and I looked everywhere for a replacement until I found this one.I like it for these reasons:1. It is tall enough that I can see straight into it when it sits on my makeup table, instead of having to look down or lean over as would have been the case with some of the ones I found at my drug store and at Walmart.2. It has a slight magnification on one side for regular use, and a very strong magnification on the other in case I want to look very closely at something.3.It can be used just a regular mirror, or lighted to different levels .4. It has a very heavy base, so there is no danger of it tipping over.5. It is electric (can be plugged into an outlet) rather than battery powered as is the case with some of the new ones I've seen offered. (I didn't want to have to keep replacing batteries, for the reasons of convenience and avoiding and battery waste.

This mirror is aesthetically lovely to look at and works well in any bathroom. Plug in or let it run on batteries. Once the customer is familiar with where the light "touch" button is located, it takes less than a second to touch to turn on. Enjoy different levels and tones of lighting by touching light button once again, and makeup can be applied with ease. One side of the two-sided mirror is also magnified, making it perfect for tweezing and applying makeup close up as well. With the wonderful modern look of the mirror and its all around functionability, I highly recommend this mirror for all your needs!

I tried out a few mirrors and found the combination of magnification and lighting to be the best on this one. Taking off one star because the outlet plug is too thick and won't plug in where I wanted it in my bathroom, so I have to use the battery option.

Good size, solid, gives pretty good light. 4* for ordering a gold mirror but receiving the silver one but since it's brushed metal it's not a huge deal. I like the option to plug it in and the fact that it had an auto switch. If I take longer it will switch off in the middle of my make up application but it's easy to switch it on again. Overall a good buy, would recommend.

My mirror arrived today and with perfectly clear 5x magnification I can see everything on my face (!) It will be exactly what I need to do my makeup. The stand is much prettier than I expected; a shiny jewel for my tabletop. The construction is very sturdy and it balances well on a felt bottom. Both sides have, bright, crystal clear reflection without distortion. The tiny sticker saying 5x on the 5 times magnification side peeled off right away. There are no flaws and no disappointments. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

I bought another mirror, similar to this one, from another nationwide chain. It was battery powered only and only had one type lighting setting . For less than$5 more, I purchased this mirror. This mirror is bigger, has battery power or electrical power, has the 10X magnification, and has 3 lighting settings (daylight, office and evening. You can also change out the light bulb should they need replacing. This mirror is everything I was looking for in this type of vanity mirror. Very pleased with my purchase.

Before this purchase, I owned a Rialto bought from BB&B. It was AMAZING but also super expensive. After 10 years it broke and I searched for something similar but less expensive. After sending a few others back due to bad lighting, I found this one. It’s not near a good as the Rialto’s light but seems to be the best out of the others I tried. (in the same ballpark, in terms of price). If I could do it over, I’d have splurged on another Rialto.

Very nice lighted mirror!! I had bought a similar one at tj maxx and the light got dim and flickery after about 2 months so I decided to read reviews and got this one and it is waaaayyy nicer. I love that you can use batteries or plug. (Just wish the 10x magnification side came with airbrushing cuz that part was a little scary!)
