No shade on Herschel, the product came damaged. I wholeheartedly believe this was an Amazon issue. I’m a long time Herschel supporter and the have never let me down.

The zipper broke immediately. Beside that, it’s ok I guess.

The size is wonderful but the major difference I noticed from other brands around the same price point is that the wheels do not lock. Had I noticed this in the listing I probably would have gone with a different one

Definitely not 32”! Just got this in to pack our sign into it. Our sign measures 31.5” and when you put the suitcase next to it, it is definitely shorter. Super bummed because it rolls really nicely and will end up having to return it.
