Good quality doorbell camera
This is my second doorbell camera from the same company. Very easy to set up. Very good quality image. I'm very happy with this item and I highly recommend it.

It has no supriton I only use a card in the doorbell unit
I'm impressed with the door bell I've replaced the one I had and that was a video doorbell. This one is a bit bigger than the old one but better design It's an indoor one witch suites me as I live in a block of flats it also has a great battery life as well.

Great battery life
Amazing battery life and much better than the Yale version we previously bought. Put an SD card in the receiver and no subscription needed.

Not for outdoor use
This video door bell is not for use outside as it is not waterproof its ideal,for use outside of a flat or apartment only which I find very disappointing as it limits its use. It was easy to install and connect to the app the images are good and the doorbell has 20 different tones you can add a micro sd card upto 512gb which means no yearly fee to store your images which is good. I found that if I wanted to delete images from the micro sd card I had to format the sd card which means all images are lost. Battery life seems om been up,a month and only used 25% of battery life

Connection to WiFi issue
Had one for many years. Arial broke on ringer receiver. It stopped connecting to the WiFi so bought another one thinking the damage was the problem. The brand new one had the exact same issue. So sadly had to send it back. The first one we had was great until it stopped working.

Chime Plug not EU compatible. I like EZVIZ, but this chime does not fit to european 230v plugs.

Wanted this camera to upgrade a previous version of the same brand but when I tried to connect to the wifi or wired it refused to connect. Spent well over an hour trying. Poor quality and ended up returning it for a refund. Looking for another brand.
