The auto suction power and smart sense is really good. have used it for more than a month now and I am truly satisfied with the outcome. The price although a little steep, it was worth it.For those who do not like to read instructions thoroughly, ensure when there is water in vacuum storage, ensure you do not recline the vacuum more than 140° - the used water may flow into the motor

I have been purchased dreame wet and dry h12core on 25 February 25 but mop is not working I have registered complaint on 19th March 2025 but 25 days have been passed but no technician have been come for repair that product dreame customer care service is so bad not attending my phone if attend no answer given by the customer care service only wait for technician if after seven days my product is not repair then I go to consumer forum to registered case against amazon and dreame both therefore you are requested to contact to dreame service centre for repair this product without delay thanks

You can purchase. No regret. Works great. 4 room 1 big lobby & 1 kitchen total covered area 1600 sqft cleans in 20 minutes. Mopping is better than human efficiency. In kitchen it is wonder & tackle any mess in just 2 minutes & whole kitchen floor sparklingly shine. 2 ltr water does the job decently done, you just need to refill water twice in whole house. Provision of dirty water in separate tank. As far 50 days went & mopping roller is in good position & it looks it will work more 130 days. I also have debot N8 Pro vacuum robot but believe it is great addition to that. Go for it. It is easy to operate

Worthy h12 core purchase it's a must buy vaccum cleaner for busy person & it's self cleaning features is good enough hassle free cleaning but some cons are there like battery discharge so fast within 5 mins & pls add extra roller because if I used one roller in whole house & I want to change an extra roller for kitchen only pls provide extra roller

This is another excellent product. Deliver 100% on whatever they claimed on product. I am using it for almost a month. It's best bet in India. Roller get dried completely unlike other brands on Amazon India. I tested Bisell, Tineco.Literally no maid needed, even while taking a call you can just run through this daily hygiene routine.

I have 3 labs that keep shedding through the day. This vacuum has made my life so simple and the house dust free. Suction power is super. Cleaning and maintaining is also very easy. The roller material is very effective. The only drawback is, like all vacuums, it leaves a gap of about 1 cm near the wall during wet mopping. Therefore, mopping once in 4 days should suffice. When I bought it around 20 days ago, I got the product along with 2 years warranty for about 20k. The price is currently 24999 which clearly shows the demand for the product. Worth every penny!

This is absolute customer nightmare .. they close complaints without visiting or calling, their customer care has a standard phrase that they will escalate the issue and resolve it. All these living in tier 1 city Bangalore.
