I bought this for my little brother last Christmas. The one I bought did not come with a power code but they aren't pricey to buy seperately. The console was in good condition though!

Hi, when i opened the box and set up the gamecube it was working great but the controller isn’t working and won’t respond to the commands i put in

My best guess is that the controller is overall dead or the connection to the console isn't that great. Maybe blow out the controller ports and whip with a qtip? That might help out.
